At Yitty x ThredUp, we are committed to circular fashion and offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible pre-loved and new items. To maintain our sustainability goals, items must be returned in their original condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items from your order history that you wish to send back to receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging or a reusable mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or schedule a carrier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
